Forex Trading Is Better Than Stock Trading

Sunday, January 6th, 2008

Of course, each kind of trading (futures, currencies, stocks, etc.) has it’s own value. However, I believe that forex has some distinct qualities that set it apart from the other forms of trading. When we’re done, I think you’ll agree . . .

1) forex trading isn’t connected to just one country. First, every currency pair is tied to two countries. Second, you have a whole mess of currency pairs to choose from.

So, you definitely have more stability in that way. (And believe me, stability in the world of finance is rather important.) But there are more benefits to forex. Let’s move on.

Losing Money In forex?

Every one has his days when no matter how well he has planned out his trades, he may find some of his trades not performing to what is planned. It is only natural for one to feel upset, but for the follower of a forex trading system, making money or losing money from that trade is not the paramount objective.

The Benefits Of Pooled Investment In Shares And The Forex

One of the simplest, most effective, and currently most popular methods of buying stock is the Monthly Investment Plan. The Plan now has more than 93,000 accounts in force, and new ones are being written at the rate of about 180 a day.

Another 111,734 Plans begun in the same period have been completed or terminated. Altogether, MIP investors have bought some 3,674,000 shares of various stocks, with a market value at time of purchase of over $154 million.

The Plan operates on the brilliantly simple basis of reversing the conventional buying procedure. Instead of having the price of the stock desired determine the amount of money that must be invested, MIP permits the amount of money available for investment to determine the amount of stock bought. This is a feature highly attractive to new or inexperienced investors, without large sums at their disposal. forex#more-49″ class=”more-link”>(more…)
